Every part of Houston has its own kind of listing, and we shoot each one a little differently.
The Heights, Montrose, River Oaks, Midtown, the Museum District, Rice Military and EaDo. Older homes, tight lots and three- and four-story townhomes. We keep verticals straight on tall facades, show real window views and use aerials to show what’s a short walk away.
Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Timbergrove and Spring Branch, where original homes sit next to new infill builds. Big trees and deep lots photograph best from the street and the air, and we give new construction a bright, finished look.
Memorial, the Energy Corridor, Galleria/Uptown and Tanglewood. Large lots, pools and mature landscaping, plus high-rise and mid-rise condos. We shoot outdoor living spaces in good light and use lot-line aerials to show the size of the property.
Meyerland, plus Bellaire and West University Place. A mix of established homes and new rebuilds. Virtual staging helps a vacant rebuild look move-in ready, and virtual twilight makes a new facade stand out in search results.
Homes on the water, near the bay and on golf courses, where the view is part of the price. Aerials show it, and clean lot-line overlays show buyers exactly where the property ends.

Immersive walk-through tours let buyers explore every room from anywhere, which is useful for buyers relocating to Houston from out of town. Floor plans can be added to any shoot.
We’ve photographed homes for over 10 builders across the Houston area, from infill builds in established neighborhoods to model homes and spec homes in new communities. Every home gets the same standard: bright interiors, curb appeal on a sunny day and aerials that show the neighborhood around it.

Pick a package and a date that works, online or by calling. On shoot day, James photographs the property inside, outside and from the air in one visit. Your photos then go through our 8-step editing process, and you get a Dropbox link with MLS-ready and full-resolution files plus any add-ons you ordered.
Travel is free up to 30 driving miles from our base in Katy (77449). Addresses farther out follow the travel fees on the pricing sheet.
