Buyers want to know where a lot ends. We draw clean property-line overlays on your aerials so the size and shape of the lot are clear at a glance. That matters most on acreage, corner lots and homes that back onto water or a greenbelt. Lot lines help buyers see the property. They aren’t a legal survey.

Travel is included up to 30 driving miles from our base in Katy (77449). Farther addresses follow the travel fees on our pricing sheet.
